Team building event

We know the individual strengths of our employees. The weaknesses are often more difficult to find.

For this reason we went through a team building event. During this day the employees had the chance to recognize their own limits. In a playful way the instructors showed us where we can improve ourselves. Each one had the chance to get to know better his own strengths and weaknesses.

So the team building event was not just an asset for the group. Everyone was able to take some benefits from this day.
