In each team meeting we have two short presentations of two employees from our 4E team. These presentations should give the others a brief overview of the current work, projects and other things.
Not only with this we improve our team spirit and our presentations skills. Furthermore, our team will get informed about difficulties or/and achievements at another workplace and/or in another field experiences.
